Cover Me (complete styling)

This is for the client who wants to completely overhaul their personal style and image. It’s truly out with the old in with the new!

Step 1: The Closet Analysis – $200

This is THE most important step to achieving a wardrobe filled with go-to pieces that fit you and your style. I come to your home, and together we go through your closet to determine what stays, goes, and what’s missing. Together we “Shop Your Closet” and give new life to your existing pieces, before we hit any stores.  This step gives me an understanding of your style, and what looks good. It helps me determine the needs of your developing wardrobe, so we can build on what you have. And, it’s a prerequisite for any GYC Style Consulting service – because, how can I know what you need, if I don’t know what you already have, right?

  1. I come to your house with my notebook, laptop and camera in tow. I need you in your best shapewear or close fitting garments (camisole and leggings will do).
  2. We go through your closet and decide what to keep, donate, fix and consign.
  3. We Shop Your Closet and Accessories, putting together outfits that make you feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable, all from pieces you already own – making your old pieces feel new and refreshed. It is really the best shopping value around!
  4. We snap photos of you in these fabulous outfits (because who can remember it all once I leave?!) and send you the pics, via smartphone.
  5. I take notes so together we can document what pieces are missing, what needs to be hemmed or altered. You can add my assistant to help us bag, organize, and rehang as we go…. That way, I can focus on you and keep the momentum going.
  6. Plan to spend 3-4 hours together (depending on the size of your wardrobe) to complete this step. I know this might seem like a lot of time but it flies by AND we get A LOT done – I can’t tell you how many clients say, “I thought you were crazy when you told me it would take 3 hours – where’d the time go?”
  7. Closet Analysis Re-Cap – within the week, following The Closet Analysis, we will send you a comprehensive list of what colors and fits are best for you as well as a targeted shopping list of the pieces that will fill in the gaps and update your wardrobe.

Step 2: The Shopping Trip $125 for 3 hours

($25 per hour for each additional hour)

There are  2 options for the shopping trip. I shop with you. I shop online for you {then send you the links}. My clients usually find a combination of the 2 works best.

I shop { with } you:

  1. I pre-shop, scoping out what’s available and only take you to the stores that fit your body, budget, taste, and lifestyle.
  2. When you arrive, we hit the ground running, ok shopping…
  3. You try everything on (and even add some pieces that may have caught your eye on the way in)
  4. I give you an honest, impartial opinion on what looks good (and what doesn’t) and what will work with what you already have (remember…from Step 1)
  5. You only buy what you love.

*We can also book time for me to shop with you virtually. We can facetime or duo while you’re out and we complete the steps above.

I shop { online } for you

  1. I spend time on-line, tracking down the perfect pieces for you and send you a customized list with clickable links.
  2. All you have to do is click and shop! You buy only what you love!
  3. I’ll even come over for a try on session once all of your pieces have been delivered.
  4. NOTE: Full disclosure, this might sound like the most efficient option but, at least in the beginning, it is not. There is nothing that can replace seeing different pieces on you, things you might not pick out, to aid in discovering what’s right for you!

Step 3: The Outfit Coordination $75 for 2 hours

($25 for each additional hour)

Step 3 is where we “put it all together”. We play dress up in your home, (think human Barbie Doll) coordinating and planning dozens of head-to-toe outfits to set you up for taking the stress out of getting dressed.

  1. I come to your home with my notebook and camera.
  2. We spend 2-3 hours creating outfits that integrate the new pieces you’ve bought, with what is already in your closet.
  3. We curate head to toe outfits (with shoes, accessories, bags – really everything) so you’re set for any event, occasion, weather, or mood that strikes.
  4. You try them all on, so you know the tips and tricks that go into the success of each outfit. You’ll know how to roll the jean, if the collar goes up or down, how to tie the scarf, where the necklace should hit, and if you should wear the bag as a crossbody or clutch…
  5. I can bring along an assistant (who also has a fantastic eye). She helps clean up the big ole’ mess we made trying everything on. That way I can focus on you and keep the momentum going.
  6. I snap photos of you in these fabulous outfits (because who can remember it all once I leave?!?) and send you the pics, via Smart Phone.
  7. You get dressed, every day and for any occasion by just looking at your photos. You’ll look great, feel great and ooze confidence. Easy –Peasy!
